Secure online orders
Just browse our shop and make your selection by pressing the “buy” button. When you are ready to complete the order press “checkout” and follow the on screen instructions. All payments are made via Secure Hosting and are encrypted (coded) between your browser and the server.
Telephone orders
If you would prefer to place your order by phone, please email us at info@littlebluedog.o.uk giving a number where we can contact you. We will then telephone you at your convenience and take your order and payment details over the phone.
Overseas orders
We welcome overseas orders and our payment partner Secure Hosting will accept all major world currencies. Please note that your goods may incur customs charges when arriving in your country, and little blue dog has no control over these charges, and cannot be held accountable for any charges made. We will post your order within 48 hour of receipt. We extend our returns policy to overseas buyers. We are not able to offer a postage paid service to return the package to us. We advise you to obtain proof of postage in case the package gets lost in transit.
Order Confirmation
When you have successfully placed your order, you will be sent an email immediately with your order details. All order confirmations are sent to the e-mail address that you provide to us at the checkout. Therefore, please make sure that this e-mail address is correct.
Discount Codes
From time to time we may release promotional discount codes. If you are in receipt of such a code please enter it at the checkout and your discount will automatically be deducted from your total.
Postage and Packaging
Your baby clothes will be hand checked for quality and individually wrapped in garment bags, containing a gift tag. You can add your own personal message at the checkout, at no extra charge. Your order will be dispatched by first class royal mail delivery.
Postage is free on orders over £20.00. For orders below this amount postage will be added to your Order Total before you submit your payment. Normal mainland UK delivery charge is £2.95 per order irrespective of the number of items ordered. For orders from outside the UK, postage will be charged at £6.00. For your protection, all packages must be signed for. You may prefer to arrange for delivery to an address other than your home (for example a work address). Please note, if your package is returned to us we will charge a further £2.95 for re-delivery.
Delivery Schedule
You should receive your package with 5 working days of placing your order. If the item you ordered is out of stock we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will cancel your order immediately and inform you.

Gift Packaging
High quality gift boxes are also available to purchase for £3.00.
We can send the goods directly to the gift recipient. Simply provide their address details as the shipping address in the shopping cart, and make sure to add your personal greeting at the checkout, to accompany the package. Please bear in mind that someone will need to be in to receive the package. The receipt will be emailed directly to the person buying the goods and sent to the email address, provided at checkout.
"No Quibble" Guarantee and Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If, for whatever reason, we fail to meet your expectations we will exchange or refund your purchase. All item(s) must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt. We are not able to refund or exchange any sale or promotional items.
Please return the dispatch note along with your package indicating what you are returning and why, and if you require an exchange or a refund. Please also drop us an email to info@littlebluedog.co.uk, explaining what you are returning and why, so we are alerted to the arrival of your package. Upon receipt of your item, if you require a refund your credit card will be refunded within 3 working days.
We recommend that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. We cannot refund return postage unless you received the wrong item or the item was faulty.
